Over the last few years, there has been a lot more body positivity in the media, with celebrities, actresses, singers and models of different shapes and sizes getting attention for their beauty. 

The ‘90s was focused on the superwaif look, with the likes of Nicole Richie, Tara Reid, Victoria Beckham, Calista Flockhart and Portia de Rossi all losing lots of weight when they hit stardom. 

However, these days it’s all about being proud of who you are, no matter what your size is. Thanks to Adele, Lizzo, Meghan Trainer, Ashley Graham, Selena Gomez, and Demi Lovato, curves are back and should be celebrated.

Plus size models are now some of the most popular, and beautiful, to dress, with designers leaning into the trend and wanting their clothes to look great on everyone.
